Individual Sessions offered :
fifty (50) and seventy-five (75) minutes
Anyone at anytime can experience challenges in managing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy is an open ended conversation to highlight and promote strengths, and to adapt additional skills to address whatever challenges are present.
Utilizing mindfulness is one approach to focus on our own thought traffic. Increased awareness leads to increased understanding. Increased understanding leads to an increasingly open perspective. A more open perspective leads to greater choice and personal empowerment.
Individuals are encouraged to focus on a whole mind and body approach to support their own health and well being, thereby enhancing their ability to be present in relationship to others.
Monday 10 am to 8 pm

Thursday - 10 am to 8 pm
Friday 2 pm to 5 pm
Saturday (2x month) 10 am to 6 pm
